Do you offer tastings?
Yes—we host an annual tasting event at one of our stunning partner venues where couples and event organisers can experience a selection of our favourite dishes. Keep an eye on our socials for announcements and ticket details!
Are food service staff included in your catering package?
Yes, our menu pricing includes our experienced and friendly food service staff to ensure everything runs smoothly. If your event requires extended service or additional hands, we’ll work with you to tailor staffing accordingly.
Do you cater to dietary requirements?
We do! We’re happy to accommodate dietary allergies and intolerances with advance notice. Please provide any dietary requirements one month prior to your event. While we don’t cater for general dislikes, we’ll always aim to provide a beautiful experience for all guests. A small surcharge may apply for large numbers of alternate meals.
Do you provide kids’ meals and vendor meals?
Absolutely—kids’ and vendor meals are available at a discounted rate.
Do you provide crockery and cutlery?
Not directly, but we work closely with a number of trusted local hire companies and are happy to point you in the right direction.
Do I need to provide power and water?
Yes, we do require access to power and running water at your venue. We’re happy to advise on what’s needed depending on your menu and service style.
Do you provide dishwashing services?
We don’t offer dishwashing on-site, but we’ll take care of scraping and neatly stacking crockery and cutlery back into the hire boxes for easy collection.
When do I need to finalise my menu?
We ask that your menu selection be confirmed at least two months before your event. We’ll be in touch to guide you through the process and assist with tailoring the perfect menu.
When are payments due?
A $500 deposit is required to secure your date. Final numbers, dietary details, and the remaining balance are due one week before your event.
What areas do you service and is there a travel fee?
We cater events from Perth to Augusta, with no travel fees for venues within 45 minutes of our Bunbury depot. Events outside this range may incur a small travel fee, which we’ll outline in your quote.
Do you offer beverage service staff?
While we don’t provide beverage service ourselves, we’re happy to recommend exceptional local providers to help complete your day.
